Return and Refund Policy

At CommerceSigns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your signage products, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds before initiating any return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After this 30-day window, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Steps for Initiating a Return
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by emailing us at cs@commercesigns.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos of whether the product is damaged or defective.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  3. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
•    Custom-made or personalized items.
•    Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
•    Items not in their original condition, or products missing parts or packaging for reasons other than our error.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

If your return is denied, we will inform you of the reasons, and the item will be sent back to you.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at cs@commercesigns.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and either offer a replacement or refund depending on the severity of the damage. We will cover the cost of shipping in cases where the item is damaged or defective due to our error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at cs@commercesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@commercesigns.com.

Return Shipping Costs
As a general policy, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent to you in error. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or sold at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you check the product details before purchasing.
